Information

This warranty begins on the date of delivery of the product to the shipping address, and is valid only on products purchased and used in the United States. To receive warranty service, the purchaser must contact Axel Glade for problem determination and service procedures. Warranty service can only be performed by an Axel Glade authorized service center or by Axel Glade itself. The original dated bill of sale must be presented upon request as proof of purchase to Axel Glade or Axel Glade authorized service center.
